Azure Operations Support Program Manager Jobs Vacancy in Microsoft Singapore Jobs Details:

Do you want to play a significant role in the shift to “Cloud First”? Do you have a passion for customers and ensuring they have a good experience on our cloud platform? The sales growth of Microsoft Azure in our Enterprise volume licensing programs has been phenomenal, and we anticipate this pace increasing dramatically over the coming years.
As a Support PM on the Enterprise Business Operations team you will be responsible for providing support to our key Azure Enterprise Agreement customers and partners globally. This role will have responsibility for assessing non-technical support escalations to solve the most challenging usage, reporting and billing problems our customers face. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing, escalating, documenting and communicating to the various stakeholder communities as appropriate for each escalation. Additional responsibility will include working with the Azure Subscription Management Support team with a focus on process improvement and training for the frontline support team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage Enterprise Customer and Partner Escalations
  • Manage Internal Field Sales and WWLP Escalations
  • Manage and Verify Resolution of Externally Escalated Bugs/Issues
  • Identify Gaps and Drive Process Improvement in the Support Process
  • Document Support TSG/VKB - drive improvements in quality of external and internal customer help files and self-serve documentation
  • Engage successfully with regional partner teams to ensure effective collaboration with and support for all areas within Microsoft

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS / BA degree
  • 5+ years of relevant business experience
  • 5+ years proven, complex project/program management experience
  • Prior Experience in a customer support role
  • Japanese Language Proficiency
Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools
