Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibility:

  • To assist the purchasing team to achieve the same working day response to our customers.
  • To assist in negotiating with suppliers for better terms, conditions and prices.
  • To assist purchasing manager/officer in the procurement of goods or services and ensure on time delivery by suppliers at the agreed price and to meet internal and external quality, safety and certification requirements.
  • To help ensure that our customers get the right item, at the required time and place and at the right cost.
  • To assist in following up with any customers’ complaints and take corrective actions and prevent occurrences.
  • To review all purchasing documents and ensure accuracy and completeness within the allocated sphere of responsibility.
  • To co-ordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal divisions to meet customer’s delivery deadlines.

Requirements

Requirement:

  • Minimum "O" Level and above or with relevant hands-on experience will also be considered.
  • At least 2 years of same related work experiences.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Positive working attuitude.
