Job description
We are looking at hiring an experienced Project Manager who can overall manage the commercially agreed project. This role would ensure appropriate project governance is maintained, including progress reporting and communication. This person would be responsible for defining milestones, resource planning, task prioritization, mapping dependencies and managing timely delivery. There should be complete accountability and responsibility of timely, on-quality and efficient delivery of identified deliverables. This role will require someone who is very dynamic and agile and is an inherent multitasker and can switch between locations, tasks and teams seamlessly.
Key job responsibilities:
Define project scope along with senior management
Design the project blueprint including financial controls and ensure continuous monitoring, reporting and timely reviews
Work with HR on staffing requirements for the project
Lead a team of 3-5 people and constantly mentor and groom them for efficient team work
Should be able to lead from the front with minimal guidance
Must Have:
10+ years of project management experience (extensive) and certification
Knowledge of advanced Excel
Presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English
Willingness to travel, 50-70%
Desirable
:
o Knowledge of Predictive analytics
o Knowledge of Telco CLM & Campaign Management Systems
o Knowledge of Stats tools (SAS/SPSS/Clementine, R)
o Knowledge of Telecommunications domain
o Knowledge of Financial Services domain
