Assistant Manager Engagement Cird Jobs Vacancy in Company Jobs Details:

The Communications and International Relations Division (CIRD) communicates the Ministry’s policies and programmes, raises the profile of the Ministry internationally, and takes care of the Ministry’s communications materials and channels.

Responsibilities

You will be part of the team developing, planning and implementing stakeholders’ engagement strategies and programmes for the Ministry, so as to generate awareness, foster relationships and build understanding of the work that the Ministry

does. Project management skills are a core competency as you will be required to work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, as well as third-party vendors. In addition, you will monitor and analyse MSF-related issues so as to develop relevant engagement initiatives to address concerns. Prior to key policy announcements, you will also plan ahead to address possible public reactions.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-driven candidate who is adaptable and a good team player. You should possess tertiary qualification in Mass Communications or related disciplines. You should have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in communications and/or engagement. Experience in stakeholders and partnership management would be an advantage.
