The Transactional Specialist is responsible for maintaining strict service levels (SLAs) with client activities and keeping accurate records of business activities including detailed information on Agreements/Orders, exceptions and queries, outstanding problems and executive approvals as outlined by Legal & Finance. The Transactional Specialist must accept and deal with customer communication for agreed languages.
Key Result Areas:
Review Agreements & Orders to ensure all legal requirements are met & documentation is complete
Possess & enforce an expert level of understanding current revenue recognition guidelines as established by Finance & compliant with Sox procedure
Complete analysis and investigation of queries related to specific Microsoft Business Programs, Orders and Contracts. These queries are communicated via email
Regular updates must be provided to customer on progress via email, followed by complete resolution on any queries within the agreed service level
Ensure defined escalation process is adhered to in order to resolves complex queries
Ensure that all data entered is SOX compliant along with any other data privacy and quality controls
Responsible for keeping accurate records of business activities including detailed information on Agreements/Orders exceptions and queries, outstanding problems and executive approvals as outlined by Legal & Finance
Routinely evaluate workload and prioritize based on the Company revenue needs, customer sensitivity and follow guidance from Senior Team members Responsible for identifying any productivity and quality improvement measures and flagging to Senior team members as soon as possible
Serve as backup support to others on the team with the resolution of more complex or unusual problems.
Work with all level of the organization as well as the Company's partners to meet customer business needs
Suggest more efficient ways for processing of work; learn new areas for possible future ownership
Participate & lead any mini projects/workload on Program as directed by Business Process
Proactively develops plans to avoid potential problems & takes ownership of issues when they arise
Serve as a helpful point of contact for new hires in regards to issue’s/training
Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in similar customer focused role
A third level Degree is desirable, preferably in a business and language discipline
Excellent communication skills - Fluent English essential. A second language would be beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and with business systems
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong administration and organization skills
