Adecco is partnering with a German MNC in the Manufacturing industry.

This role will provide the candidate with HR Business Partnering experience and regional HR operations exposure
At least a Diploma in Business or equivalent (preferably with specialisation in HRM)
4 - 5 years of relevant experience in local or overseas multi-national companies
Able to multi-task, meticulous, committed and good team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven and able to work under pressure
Business Partnering & Employee relations experience is a plus.
View and create HR Compliance as a form of a business partnership with our Country Sales Managers, local legal counsels and corporate HR.
Complies with country and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing corporate and HR adherence to requirements; advising

Also responsible in enforcement of HR / ISO / corporate policy standards and regulations within our own business environment.
Assist company to Identify, assess, describe and evaluate risks affecting the business and propose/implement corrective action plans to mitigate the risks.
Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process including key risk indicators across the region.
Create, Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or nonconformity issues ensure compliance to Group Policies.
Ensure compliance and functionality within HR functions - payroll, recruitment and selection, Learning & Development, Total Performance Management.
Design and drive programs to attract and retain talents.
Able to work and navigate independently within a matrix organization across different global business cultures.
Familiar working with ISO9001 and quality auditing process. Having experience as an ISO lead auditor will be an additional advantage.
