Front Office Administrative Cbd Jobs Vacancy in Gmp Recruit Jobs Details:

Well established Investment/Fund Management Firm. Responsibilities:

  • Provide Secretarial and Administrative support to the team:
  • Answer phone calls and perform Receptionist duties.
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mails, courier, scanning, binding, filing and other documentation requests by the team.
  • Office facilities management including office equipment and inventory, pantry supply, meeting room and office housekeeping.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for the team and prepare the expenses claims.
  • Provide Finance and Accounting support:
  • Handle basic accounting duties, e.g. invoice, processing payments and updating Bank transactions.
  • Assist in coordination with outsourced service providers on bookkeeping, tax, company secretarial and other statutory compliance matters.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Meticulous, independent and willing to learn.
Other Information:
  • Working Location: Telok Ayer.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
