The primary work will focus on completion of competency-based curriculum and assessments across all grade levels at SAS while developing, facilitating, and providing related training for faculty. This work will also include looking at how evidence is used for both development and effective implementation of the curriculum. The TOSA serves on appropriate committees and task forces, assists teams with development of units and assessments aligned to the SAS personalized learning strategy, and facilitates the implementation of a learning platform for macro and micro data needs.The TOSA will assist with the implementation of each component of the personalized learning strategy and acts as an advocate for appropriate curricular and assessment changes and modifications. - Equivalent to the completion of an earned Master of Arts or higher degree program from an accredited college or university in educational administration, instructional supervision, curriculum and instruction or a closely related field
