The APJ Territory Digital Marketing and Media DMM Manager is a critical role within the Country and Partner Enabling sub team of the DMM team in APJ region. While the charter for the Country and Partner Enabling team is to educate and enable country marketing teams, Intel partners and customers to successfully leverage digital marketing and media to achieve business objectives, this candidate should take on primary responsibility in successfully influencing and executing digital media campaigns to support the business priorities of the APJ Territory. The APJ Territory is composed of Australia and South East Asia, with a focus on supporting the Consumer Client Group CCG to drive PC refresh for B2B and B2C audiences, eSports/gaming and education. The successful candidate hence need to understand the business dynamics in the APJ Territory in order to recommend and execute effective digital media campaigns to support the territory's sales and marketing imperatives.The role requires proven ability to create and execute media plans that are across different media platforms from social media, programmatic, display, native media and SEM. For regional CCG media campaigns, the candidate is required to support the regional media manager on execution while for campaigns specific to the APJ Territory only, the candidate is expected to take primarily responsibility to formulate and execute media campaigns in collaboration with the consumer marketing managers and business marketing managers. The latter involves influencing partners and retail customers in matching sales enablement and co-marketing funds in supporting aggressive sales targets. To ensure Intel maintain its world class owned social channels, this candidate should grow the territory's Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts through managing social publishing agencies to regularly publish localized and engaging social content to nurture and grow the Intel fan base. The candidate should also ensure the community managers are effectively managing the live conversations with Intel fans. Last but not least, the successful candidate will also oversee APJ's social content curation and distribution of timely and high quality social content across brand, events and various product segments. As with all other roles within APJ DMM, the right candidate should possess a strong passion for digital marketing and media in addition to fulfilling the qualifications of the role. With the complex and ever-changing market landscape for digital marketing and media coupled with a high expectation to deliver strong marketing ROI, having a strong passion is essential in addressing unexpected challenges and motivating great work. Responsibilities: -Support regional media managers to effectively execute regional CCG media campaigns -Work closely with consumer marketing managers and business marketing managers to formulate and execute media campaigns specific to the APJ territory and be accountable for media KPIs -Manage local media agencies to ensure they optimize Intel media investments to meet media KPIs-Work with stakeholders to Influence Intel partners and retail customers to invest in digital media programs in the APJ Territory and track incremental sales generated-Manage social publishing agencies to publish timely and locally relevant content on Intel owned social channels to drive engagement -Monitor conversations on Intel owned social channels and escalate immediately when there is any issue and work with relevant stakeholders for resolution-Work with agencies and other DMM team members to ensure the delivery of connected digital experience for our target audiences-Oversee social content curation and distribution by a support staff

Bachelor's Degree marketing or related field preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in one of the areas related to media, content, online and communications in a corporate or agency environment - Experience in managing marketing campaigns in multiple APJ markets- Deep understanding of how digital and social channels work, with relevant marketing experience on channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, programmatic, display, native Taboola & Outbrain, SEM, etc. - Strong foundational knowledge on how branded communities are maintained- Strong business acumen and track record in delivering marketing campaigns to support business imperatives- Understanding of the importance of data in digital marketing - Strong communications and analytical skills - Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects under pressure- Self-starter.
