Admin Executive Maternity Cover Months Contract Based Jobs Vacancy in Company Jurong Jobs Details:

To assist on recruitment of new employees, including advertisement, career fair and interview conduction.

  • To conduct orientation and induction program for new employees
  • To prepare staff appointment letter, confirmation letter and others HR letter.
  • Work pass application and processing.
  • Aware overall employee's attendance, monitoring employee leave record.
  • Process and administer training requirements an sponsorship schemes.
  • Processing and application of training grants and related funding.
  • To compute all employee salary (Singapore staffs and Malaysia staffs) which includes AWS, allowances, deductions and others statutory contribution fix government from time to time.
  • To provide monthly HR related report (salary report, MOM quota report etc).
  • Prepare all employees' EA Form for Malaysia staffs and distribute for all the Malaysia staffs.
  • Responsible in updating, maintaining and filling of employees' records and files.
  • Responsible in updating MOM quota, insurance head count, panel clinic head count from time to time.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
    • Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level / Pre-U, any field.
    • At least 1-2 years of similar experience is not requried but preferred.
    • Must have Computer literate in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel and Words.
    • Positive working style with good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. (To liaise with Chinese speaking associates).
    • Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
    • Must be able to work in Singapore.
