Office Administrator Part Time Jobs Vacancy in Shutterstock Singapore Jobs Details:

The primary purpose of this position is to monitor operations at the facility to ensure the established policies and procedures are followed as well as helping with P-A matters. This is a part time position, 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair, replace, paint and maintain all the floors and furniture necessary to operate the business.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize interruption to the business
  • Improve efficiency.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance program.
  • Inventory, stock and maintain /meeting rooms/office supply/copier rooms/ all three floors.
  • Small painting project and setup furniture’s in the office.
Provide Office Manager with a daily post inventory list of food/beverage and office supply items needed for each floor for ordering. Sort and deliver all mail, UPS packages, FedEx and messenger deliveries to employees.

  • Meter and stamp mail for delivery to U.S. Postal Service.
  • Pick up and drop off messenger packages in the building lobby as needed.
  • Espresso machine maintenance on all floors.
  • Assist with daily lunch set-up in café.
  • Assist with weekly lunch set up and clean up.
  • Supervise deliveries of food/beverage/office supplies to each floor’s stockroom.
  • Assist with moving employee employees and setup new hire desks.
  • Assist with office projects.
  • Assist APAC Sales Director in meetings, travel arrangements and events.
Basic​ ​Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be self-motivated and independent.
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a team environment to accomplish multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and customer service skills needed.
Preferred​ ​Qualifications: Good attention to detail.

  • Has experience in facilities.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
