As Enterprise Sales Executive, Digital, you will be responsible for leading an enterprise focused digital sales pursuits focused on the Oil, Gas, and Chemicals sector and supporting other Process Industries opportunities in the SEA regionReporting to BU Digital Lead, HUB Manager, and Division CO Lead, your key areas of responsibility include, but not limited to: • Establish a deep understanding of our customers business and solution needs. • Boundary-less approach to work with Local Business Unit (LBU) Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations, Legal, etc. to address customer’s key challenges. • Collaborate and lead BU digital sales team through sales cycle, coaching local teams for better approach in pursuing digital opportunities. • Able to deliver tailored solutions and actively participate in the architecting. • Able to articulate ABB digital value propositions to audiences ranging from regional operational teams. • Provide insights to Business Unit product management, operations and sales teams on big picture digital business requirements and accelerators. • Develop, motivate and coach global teams create a team environment gains customer’s trust on executive level.Key requirements include : • Master-Level background in Software or Electrical Engineering • Minimum of 10 years’ experience selling complex strategic solutions or Background in Technology Sales • Experience in architecting solutions for customers • Experience in selling commercial agreements, contracts, making MoUs • Strong domain knowledge / industry background from the particular sector • Experience in developing sales strategies and growing the business. • Able to travel 50% of time You must have excellent communication and presentation skills with ability of a self-starter, highly entrepreneurial and comfortable in being a pioneer. Must possess an understanding and selling strategic solutions for high level business problems, using digital solutions across large multidivisional business while leading a large, matrix, sales engagement. Have knowledge on economic and regulatory drivers for key power generation customer verticals.
