What this job involves
Providing financial service support
You will support the successful delivery of comprehensive range of financial services and support. This includes invoice payments and billings. You will manage Vendor Payments with standard procedures in place as well as support and maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the accounts payable/receivable process. You will also be accountable for the timely coordination of our invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable ensuring management of our cash flow. On top of that, you will also ensure AR billings are up to date with changes of portfolios and services.
You will be involved in reporting, forecasting and planning. You will manage the JDE E1 ledger and JDE E1 checklist process, manage month end reconciliations and monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting and variance analyses. You will also prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts, carrying out ad hoc analyses and reporting to support decision.
Managing Data, Policies & Procedures and Audit
You will ensure data integrity of the systems across the region and audit data from time to time. You will also support the appropriate process and ensure that the systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions. On top of that, you will also ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and is kept with recognised quality management process. To ensure operations staff are able to provide services efficiently, you will ensure they are well trained on the financial systems and are effectively able to extract data.
