Manager Assistant Operations Centre Jobs Vacancy in Jtc Corporation Singapore Jobs Details:
You will play an important role and be involved in a pioneering project, working closely with IT personnel, BMS & M&E service vendors and internal team, to set-up, test solutions and implement an Integrated Facilities Management (FM) Operations Centre. You will review, refine and amend existing FM workflows, processes and procedures for operational usage including initiation of change management. Upon project completion, you will work with a team and manage and the operations of the Centre, delivering management reporting, and ensuring corporate directives compliance and alignment. You will be accountable for the long-term strategic planning including Energy & Performance monitoring and measurement to raise productivity. Other responsibilities include supervision of daily operations and report incidents, working across borders while ensuring timely building fault rectifications and closure to ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction and meeting Operations Centre objectives.
You will need to understand energy and water technologies, innovations and best FM operational practices to drive and implement KPIs and create new values. You should also have a broad understanding of benchmarks, guidelines and standards such as Green Mark and Energy Trends and Conservation.
Background in Facilities Management, Building, Technical or Engineering fields (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent. You should possess team/project management experience and be a team player, self-driven and able to work independently under pressure and within tight deadlines. You should have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Facilities management or Engineering field with good communications skills. Candidates with preferred Operations Centre and Customer Management work experience would be highly regarded.
