Balestier Hill Primary School (363 Balestier Road)

Administrative Assistant

The Services required are set out as follows:
Duties generally include

(a) Simple administrative and office work

(b) Operate basic office equipment and material

(c) Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and workplace

(e) Handling Phone and Walk-In Queries

(f) General Admin Help

(g) All other duties as assigned by P, VP, AM and OM

Remarks: The School may request Candidates to attend an interview for the purposes of assessing their suitability.
Contract Period

: From

1 March 2018 to 31 December 2018

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays:
8:30am to 5:30pm

, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break

  • Fridays:
8:30am to 5:00pm

, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break

  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
·

Mondays to Thursday:
7.00am to 4.00pm

inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

·

Fridays:
7.00am to 3.30pm

inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

·

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Good communication and inter-personal skills;

able to understand basic English and simple instructions;

willingness to be a team player.

Experience with MS Office software is preferred.

Have preferable worked in a school administration for 3 years.

Experience in handling MOE IT related applications.
