Facilities Manager Jobs Vacancy in Lend Lease Jobs Details:

Accountabilities:

  • Managing, liaising and supervising a team of facilities officers/ supervisors and service providers engaged by the Management
  • Responsible for the operational aspect of JEM maintenance
  • Budget planning - Ensuring that budget is kept in check for systems and facilities improvement projects
  • Carrying out daily building inspection works and identifying defects and need for upgrading / improvement works for the premises
  • Reviewing and strategizing of work plans and procedures; to ensure that procedures are compliant with local safety and quality standards
  • Ensures operational efficiency is achieved through the effective and efficient coordination of services
  • Attend to feedback and services requested by the tenants/ shoppers customers
  • Tender Documents Preparation & awarding process
  • Train Facilities officers/ supervisors
  • Track and ensure all maintenance schedule and ensure that works are carried out timely

Attributes:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in shopping centre management or relevant industry experience, preferably in Facilities Management and Maintenance
  • Familiar with local code of practise for various M&E trade and local authorities regulation
  • Familiar with submission procedures to various authorities
  • Excellent communication skills – including relationship building
  • Independent worker as well as a team player
