The scope of this VIE is very broad as the person will support the Finance department on internal control as well as the HSE & Innovation solutions department on related topics in Singapore.
Conduct regular analysis on storage, contract mapping, vetting, and segregation of duties (SOD)…
Perform internal audits, identify key control weaknesses on procedures and propose corrective action plans
Build the entity risk mapping through internal interviews and deep analysis
Coordinate the yearly Entity Level Control (ELC) questionnaire
Ensure the annual review of procedures
Compliance & Ethics:
Provide support on compliance, including on the annual reporting
Increase awareness on anti-fraud, anti-corruption and ethics policies through communications and awareness sessions
Conduct the expense claims checking and its analysis
Health, Safety, Environment & Quality:
Act as the point of contact on HSE topics in Singapore (crisis management, safety tour…)
Ensure a smooth coordination with other Total entities locally
Organize and conduct stakeholder’s consultations
Perform quality audits and monitor the implementation of agreed action plans Coordinate internal communications related to HSE topics
The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates and the subsidiary will provide either a furnished accommodation or will grant an accommodation allowance.

Desired Qualifications : Master's degree (IFP or equivalent)
Language : English fluent (oral and written)
Technical and Computing skills
Knowledge of oil / energy markets and/or of financial markets.
Some understanding of economics and global geopolitics
Excellent math skills
Good computing skills : use of Excel and VB, Basic SQL
