Position: Executive Assistant – LPS, APAC
Location: Singapore

Expedia is currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our executives within Lodging Partner Services (LPS) team in APAC.
You will be self-motivated, dedicated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a dynamic position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and take a significant initiative.

Key responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Vice-President of LPS.
Maintain and promote excellent relations by handling a prompt and accurate response to email and phone communications.
Craft simple and sometimes advanced correspondence including complex and sensitive emails, letters, memos, and reports.
Arrange group or team meetings, group events in addition to onsite and offsite meetings.
Manage simple and complex calendars, phone calls, coordinate travel, process expense reports, invoices, and POs (purchase orders).
Assist with the tracking spend and budget management, headcount tracking and organization chart upkeep, space management, and office moves.
Provide/create reports and presentations, special projects as requested and other administrative tasks as needed.
Work on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where discernment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
Maintain a high level of contacts of sensitive nature inside and/or outside the company, communicates sensitive and/or confidential information appropriately.
Able to handle a generally unpredictable workflow.
Independently plans and prioritizes projects and processes.
Work closely with all EAs within and outside of LPS globally.

Minimum of 5 years’ meaningful experience supporting directors and/or executives within a dynamic multinational environment.
Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in visionary as well as practical ways.
Exercises discernment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Able to anticipate change, adjust responses accordingly and initiate steps to improve resources toward a common objective.
Has highly developed planning and organizing skills.
Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task.
Able to problem-solve and work under pressure.
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
Team-player who can work across team members globally.
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook.
Travel across APAC at about 3 – 4 times a year.
