Job Description Operations Internship
The role is to assist with the inventory operations of the company. Managing and facilitating inventory and orders, working to ensure that our jewelry is properly kept and managed. Candidates must be meticulous and efficient.
- Review of orders when they are placed
- Placing orders with our artisans and suppliers
- Checking through completed orders to ensure that the product specifications are accurate
- Ensuring that these orders are sent to our fulfillment center on a timely basis to ensure orders are shipped out efficiently and accurately
- Arranging for batches of inventory to be sent to our staff for display at events, as and when needed
This position allows you to work remotely, but will require you to visit our artisans in Singapore to ensure orders are completed on a timely basis at least once a week.
The job commitment is approximately 5 hours a week , pay is $8 per hour, flexible hours.
