What this job involves:
As a key member of the Global Real Estate Corporate Services (GRECS) team overseeing corporate office space – this position will lead all facility and property activity across Asia Pacific (APAC). The role will be based in Singapore and may include travel to offices within the region. This role requires key traits such as team leadership, project management, facilities and operations management. We’re looking for a candidate who demonstrates great track record in delivering multiple programs with great efficiency.
The successful candidate will be a key partner to local business leaders, finance, HR, IT, and other functional areas and establish integrated relationships with vendor partners. He/she must be comfortable operating on both the strategic and tactical levels.
