About the Role
We're looking for an experienced leader to shape our driver customer strategy and business operations across APACx. You'll come with a track record of building teams and systems tied directly to the top and bottom line results of the organisation, ideally with experience of designing and scaling processes that delight customers.
What You'll Do
Lead a team of 15+, responsible for managing the experience of drivers across 14 countries
Set the strategy for the driver experience across regional and country teams, achieving business results through data-analysis, research, experimentation and operational excellence, leveraging scale, expertise and costs to achieve the right balance of centralisation for the region
Own the results of our investments and resourcing across markets
Ensure our core driver products are configured to work as effectively as possible in every market; ensuring HQ Product team and Regional Ops strategic product leads are working together effectively
Champion the needs of drivers in the APACx region and individual countries with the global product team to ensure our technology exceeds the expectations of our customers and enhances cities across the region
Collaborate closely with the country and sub-regional GMs across APACx in order to understand their markets, their pain points and challenges and ensure that your team is adding value to their businesses
Leverage deep expertise and collaborate effectively with our marketing, strategy, analytics, design, finance and other specialist teams in order to produce outcomes that delight our drivers and grow our business

What You’ll Need
High energy and motivational leadership driven by personal influence and example - . demonstrated ability to build, coach and inspire high performing teams to reach their potential
8+ years of deep, hands-on management of functions that includes a combination of the following: operations, business analytics, marketing, customer loyalty and retention, project management
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills - building deep, trust based relationships with city, Regional, and HQ teams
Strong business judgement and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly establish highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them
Experience drawing actionable insights from data collection and analysis
Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines
Strong experience managing teams across multiple offices and territories
