Assistant General Manager Jobs Vacancy in Company Ang Mo Kio Jobs Details:
Supervise the daily club operations to ensure high quality, efficient and standards are achieved in all aspects of operations including any special projects as assigned from time to time.
Assist to achieve and maintain a high level of service etiquette objectives in accordance with the Club's business plan and operating budget; enforcing strictest Corporate Governance; compliance with the Code of Ethics at all times; and delivering the Club’s Vision and Mission as the most prestige golf and country club.
Assist to ensure seamless execution of major events/activities or any improvement work while maintaining a high-quality members’ experience.
Ensure activities meet and integrate with Club's requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations and environmental policies.
Ensure appropriate service quality and continuous improvement of quality by optimizing resources to achieve operational efficiency.
Ensure that members are kept inform of the goings-on in the club in a timely manner as well as enforcing the Rules and Bye Laws governing the conduct of members, guests and other visitors to the club, and the usage and access to the various physical and recreational facilities of the Club.
Interact with the members of the Sub-Committees individually or collectively on matters pertaining to their specific areas of responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager.
Control all processes that affect members ' experiences at the Clubhouse.
Maintain excellent relationship with members by proactively soliciting feedbacks and attending to members' concerns expeditiously.
Address member and guest complaints and advises the General Manager on the appropriate corrective actions to be taken.
Implement the department’s SOP, P&P, rules and regulations, and ensure that standards are in accordance to the operations manual.
- Recognised degree or diploma in the relevant discipline with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity in the prestigious hospitality and service-oriented industries such as hotel, resort and country-club.
- Good knowledge of country club and golf course operations, maintenance, etiquettes, and rules as well as the ability to manage tournaments and promotional activities.
- Computer literate and manages club operations, staff management and financials.
- Strong business focus and commercial acumen; marketing and public relations skills; ability to deal with varied constituents consisting of committee and club members; guests; government agencies; community; staff and unions; vendors; suppliers; and stakeholders.
- Customer oriented, positive attitude and able to work independently
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to adapt and embrace strong cultural diversity and work in multi-ethnic teams.
