As a HSE & Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible to drive HSE operation for Turbocharging unit and provide an oversight to Hub SEA.Reporting to the Hub Business Unit Manager, your key areas of responsibility include, but not limited to: • Deliver and deploy HSE training, audit and group-wide performance improvement programs to the Hub SEA. • Provide analysis of HSE data and report on progress on implementation of Sustainability Objectives and key performance indicators (KPI). • Support constituent countries to operate in compliance with standards and respective legal obligations. • Deliver audit (as per Group Audit Program) and supports follow up of improvement actions in the Hub SEA. • Assist the Senior Manager to ensure that the procedure and quality standards related to Turbocharging are well implemented. • Render technical support and coordinate with Logistics Manager to update technical instructions as and when necessary. • Non-conformance, reports, investigations, corrective and preventive actions to be carried out submits reports for review.Key requirements include : • Bachelor degree in Safety Management or Mechanical Engineering preferably with Safety Professional accreditation and HSE auditing accreditation would be beneficial. • Preferably 5 – 8 years’ experience in Turbocharging or Marine industry or in related HSE or OSH works. • Excellent knowledge of SEA HSE legislative and regulatory requirements. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships across the Hub SEA.
