Nutanix is looking for a highly collaborative, motivated, and flexible HR Operations Coordinator to join our Global HR Operations team. The HR Ops Coordinator will provide support to the HR function in various customer-serving aspects and will interact with recruiters, hiring managers, our legal team, and new hires, contributing to the overall success of the contingent workforce program by providing a high level of customer service and quality.
Schedule and manage phone, on-site and skype interviews for full time and contract requisitions
Own and juggle multiple schedules and miscellaneous projects for Contingent Workforce Program and the local Nutanix Recruiting Team
Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our applicant tracking system
Partner with external agencies on contingent hiring
Maintain regions contingent hire files for compliance purposes
Manage the PO Process for all contingent hiring in the region and partner with finance to ensure vendors are paid on-time
Prepare and process SOW’s, extensions and other contract related documents
General day-to-day HR related administrative duties
Passionate about providing an amazing candidate experience
Excellent work ethic and strong sense of urgency
Acute attention to detail
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information
Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment
Computer Skills: Outlook, MS Office, Excel, Power Point
Experience assisting with a contingent workforce program a plus
