Responsible for planning and implementing ChapmanCG’s digital marketing strategy, both for the company as well as for key employees. Oversee the development and implementation of content across multiple channels to ensure their relevance to the HR and HR search industries per channel. Direct the efforts of external vendors and coordinate with internal resources to ensure the strategic and tactical execution of the marketing and communications strategy.
Drive the design, production, messaging and variety of content across our digital media platforms to maximize visual impact. Track the impact and engagement of all of our posts and make regular recommendations.s.
Actively research external marketing content suitable for our to share on ChapmanCG’s digital media channels.Motivate the business to support and participate with our social media posts
Maintain our 8 12-week Marketing & Communication plan to schedule, track, and evaluate our digital media execution strategy.
Manage ourthe content on the ourChapmanCG website (including publishing and ensuring quality control).
maximize engagement and impact
Quarterly Generate evaluate ChapmanCG’s engagement and execution strategy against our business competitors. Develop improvement strategies based upon results and share those results and insights with the business. competitive marketing & communication intelligence and insights and proactively share & educate the businessProof read our job ads, thought leadership, website and newsletter material and ensure our tone of voice is consistent and impactful
Support ChapmanCG employees in building their professional social media profiles. Partner with employees to support ChapmanCG posts.Motivate the business to support and participate with our social media posts
Manage our content on our website (publishing and quality control)
Actively identify PR and brand strengthening opportunities
Work closely with the Strategic Communications Manager to script and edit our podcasts and manage communicateions with interviewees.
Proof read our job ads, thought leadership articles, website and newsletter material andto ensure our tone of voice is consistent and impactful. Work closely with the Strategic Communications Manager to script and edit our podcasts and manage communicate with interviewees
Play an active role in improving ourSupport the delivery of our quarterly newsletter. Experience with Wordpress
Successful applicant will have:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing a marketing and communications plan.
Proficient in social media and executing on the various platforms, specifically LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram.
Proficient in basic graphic design software such as Photoshop.
Fluent in English with excellent proof reading skills and a high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage key stakeholders to ensure project/assignment success.
Experience with managing multiple projects to completion.
Experience in Public Relations and Wordpress.
Experience with writing copy / content for social media.
A Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or communications is preferred.
