Assistant Manager Learning Organisation Development Jobs Vacancy in Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd Singapore Jobs Details:
team consists of the Learning & Development (L&D) function and the
Leadership & Organisation
Development (L&OD) function.
on your area of expertise and experience, you will lead a team to review, develop and implement policies
and initiatives for either L&D or
L&OD that are aligned to the organisation’s
goals and cultures. You will engage with various stakeholders across the
ensure accurate and complete analysis of learning needs. You will source and
evaluate possible training vendors and also design and develop suitable
in-house training and leadership programmes. You will lead and participate in
either L&D or L&OD projects, including culture-building initiatives.
You will also be involved in conceptualising and developing competency frameworks
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably
in Human Resource or Organisational Development
Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience,
with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Ability to lead a small team of staff
Good communication and writing skills
Strong planning and analytical
Preferably a certified trainer
with the ability to conduct and facilitate classroom training
