Customer Service Coordinator Jobs Vacancy in Company Jurong Jobs Details:
Arrange and prepare delivery orders & invoicing
Handle simple packing & coordinate deliveries
Attend customer enquiries on products (phone, emails)
General administrative duties
Able to multi-task & ad hoc duties
Good knowledge in international trade and import / export process and regulations preferred
ERP/SAP knowledge preferred
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must possess at least professional certificate or NITEC, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree.
- Good command in English & Mandrin both spoken and written and good computer literacy (MS Office).
- Perform documentation and identification of business requirements.
- Understand business process improvements through workflow analysis methods to support system development throughout project life cycle.
- Understand customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
- Understand customer logistics service needs by building communicative and open relationships.
- Understand risks associated with different approaches of process changes.
