We are looking for an exceptional and talented Management Consultant to join Sabre Travel Network. As a consultant, you will share your experience and expertise with clients and provide informed insights, approaches and solutions. You will work with our current and potential clients to provide leadership, define requirements and help re-engineer business processes, ultimately delivering quantifiable recommendations.
Your experience is likely to have been gained from working within a management consultancy or experience in business process re-engineering.
Travels (international and domestic) to strategic customer sites to lead business process consulting engagement efforts with clients
Partners with customer leadership, subject matter experts, and Sabre Account team leadership to identify and define business process improvement opportunities and recommend quantifiable solutions
Understands and identifies key success factors of an industry and integrates them with respect to client's and competitor's products, services and processes
Understands key performance indicators for a client's industry and chosen market position. Identifies, collects & analyzes how these indicators translate to key processes within the client.
Understands organizational and information technology relationships and impacts to key processes
Identifies and communicates the potential impact of current industry issues and trends
Integrates benchmarking/best practices within the industry with process design
Acts internally as a subject matter expert on the topics of customer operational needs and best practices and provides insightful feedback to Sabre Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product Leadership
Solid related experience
Ability to create easily digestible, data-driven customer presentations that tell a story in an impactful way
Advanced computer software skills; particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously
Business Process re-engineering skills
Ability to quickly understand client systems and the integration with legacy systems
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Prior six sigma (or other process re-engineering)
Prior customer facing international business experience
Proficient with MS VISIO
Contact center knowledge
General travel industry knowledge
