One of the world's leading marine insurance representative office is seeking suitable candidate to fill the following position: -

SECRETARY cum OFFICE ADMIN

Responsibilities

Perform secretarial and administrative duties·

Maintaining an efficient filing system·

Handling of phone calls, mails distribution, attending to walk-in visitors·

Experience with audio-typing although training will be provided·

Copy typing·

Photocopying, paginating and compiling of documents as required for arbitration process·

Printing of emails and filing, and as well as electronic filing·

Preparing of Payment forms, scanning and emailing for processing·

Monitoring and replenishing of office stationery and pantry supplies·

Arranging of local and overseas courier documents for despatch·

Receiving and distributing of incoming courier documents/packages·

Assist with setting up of video/telephone conferencing and projector for presentations·

Assist with logistic arrangements such as, training and seminar events·

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: ·

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience·

Diploma certification and/or secretarial qualifications·

Min. 3 years secretarial experience fromlegal or marine/shipping industry

Strong MS Office, in particular, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and with good typing skills·

Familiar with Worksite (Filesite or DMS) preferred·

Must be IT savvy, and willing to be trained on in-house IT system·

Effective oral and written communication skills·

A good team player

Salary $3,000 to $3,500/month with attractive benefits.
