Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Supervisor (Region Office)-043759
The CRM Supervisor manages Relationship and Direct Marketing programs in key segments across Asia. This is a role in a dynamic work team driving business performance and customer engagement initiatives through differentiated marketing tactics. She/He is responsible for project and budget management of a portfolio of programs, performing customer insight and business analysis to assess the performance of the programs, drive improvements, and agency/vendor management. This position requires supervision of the CRM Senior Officer and reports to the Region CRM Manager.
Participates in Development and Execution of Activities
  • Develop, implement and manage a portfolio of CRM campaigns to be executed via digital and direct marketing channels
  • Manage agencies/vendors to deliver and execute CRM campaigns within program timeline and allocated budget
  • Understand customers' persona/profile to determine program channel execution, obstacles, problems or opportunities through data insights, and primary/secondary research
  • Facilitate successful cross-functional collaboration with other functional groups (i.e., Business Development Group, Marketing Group) on customer engagement activities
  • Support and contribute to the development of the Customer Life Cycle strategy for the Region
  • Data Management and Strategic Analysis
    • Performs data analyses to convert raw data into relevant metrics to establish and report on program performance (e.g. web metrics, conversion rate etc)
    • Analyze and integrate the different customer databases to achieve a coherent standard in data and information management to support effective CRM programs and provide a comprehensive view to the management
    • Analyze data on customer relationships/persona/segment characteristics and identify gaps for penetration opportunity
    • Create strategic analyses based on secondary research, regional internal research, and customer data analyses which will lead to CRM program innovation and continual improvement
  • Develops and Delivers Presentations
    • Gathers, compiles, and analyzes relevant data for inclusion in presentations to executives and stakeholders
    • Creates and delivers presentations to key stakeholders and executives to share information, gather support/approvals and/or keep them informed
    • Responds to stakeholder questions and concerns to ensure understanding of findings and gain commitment/buy-in
  • Supervises and Develops Others
    • Determines employees' training needs to produce continuous development plans
    • Conducts performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective manner to encourage continuous performance improvement
    • Holds others accountable to established performance levels to achieve individual and group goals
    • Resolves individual and group performance issues in accordance with UPS's policies and procedures in a timely manner to motivate and foster teamwork
    Requirements
    • Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Statistics, Strategy and Marketing discipline
    • At least three years relevant working experience in similar job capacity
    • Fast learner, proactive team player and ability to work in a fast pace environment
    • A strong number sense and understanding of relating data and information with business issues
    • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred (reading, writing and spoken)
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Access and/or database/statistics software
    • Good communication skills i.e. able to convey requirements clearly and interact independently with both internal and external customers (i.e. senior management, cross functions and agencies/vendors)
