Manager Architect Technology Governance Jobs Vacancy in Company Jobs Details:
You will lead in planning, developing and implementation of IT architectural strategies and support the enterprise applications deployment in the organisation. You will monitor, evaluate and analyse the technology landscape to keep abreast of the new developments and ensure compliance with WOG policies and internal directives and plan for technology adoption, obsolescence and standardization.
You will spearhead the use of new and emerging technologies and products adoption to better align IT with business needs and trends. You will facilitate the rationalization and synchronization of applications and technologies in the organisation to reduce complexity and increase business agility.
You will have the opportunity to participate in cross technology projects, involving many cross-functional resources and be familiar with the applications, infrastructure and security technologies. You will have to validate and recommend the most suitable technical architecture and solution for projects based on vendors’ proposal.
Background in Information Technology or equivalent, with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience including hands-on and in-depth knowledge in designing and deploying enterprise level network and systems infrastructure as well as enterprise architecting and project management. Good knowledge of servers/network/IT security/middleware and supporting enterprise application deployment, and experienced in project and systems integration. Strong vendor management, as well as project and systems integration and strong hands-on experiences on enterprise networking technologies with a multitude of hardware and software platforms.
Working knowledge and familiarity with the following would be highly advantageous - .Net and Java technologies, MS SQL Server and Oracle Databases, Oracle Service Bus, Windows Server IIS, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Microsoft Sharepoint, Server and Desktop virtualization on VMWare/Citrix, AIX and Solaris Unix OS, Windows Active Directory.
