Human And Admin Executive For Construction Industry Jobs Vacancy in Sae Agency Pte Ltd Jobs Details:
A newly set up subsidiary construction company from a well-known USA company, an enterprise in building development, a trusted reputation with many Authorities, Developers and Main Contractors. Exciting career path, get a chance to join a pioneer batch of a developing construction company.
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing clerical and administrative support to management.
Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Review employee service periods in regards to Long Service Awards.
Create work period and absence allowances on HR system.
Ensure that all personal information is updated onto HR system as required.
Enrolment process for new employees.
Arrange of pre-employment medicals, obtaining required documents, enrolling employees into benefit schemes, and coordinating office logistics.
You will also take responsibility for the service termination process.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Basic understanding of HR principles
Understanding of BCA / Construction industry
Basic knowledge of the preparation of pay rolls
Computer literate, especially with excel.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources, Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
