iProspect’s APAC Head of Intelligent Content is responsible for creating and building the Intelligent Content solution narrative, agency capability and client roster across the iProspect regional and in-market teams – working closely with country Managing Directors (MD) & Heads of Product (HoP) –
to further evolve specialisation in the disciplines Audience Analytics, User Experience, Personalisation Strategy, Content Amplification and Content Attribution. He/she is responsible for driving revenue targets associated with this product area across the iProspect APAC community via cross-sell and new business. He/she will also support the integration of acquired content related business with regards to on-boarding and training. The Head of Intelligent Content is an integral figure within the iProspect APAC product team and is the leading force behind this new wave of product growth. They require deep industry knowledge in customer experience, personalisation strategy, content/creative production and content amplification being active in industry press as a thought leader. Key relationships: iProspect APAC CEO iProspect Head of Product and Strategy iProspect APAC Regional Leadership (Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Client Officer, Head of Data & Analytics, and country MDs) DAN Business Partners (Finance, Legal and M&A teams) DAN sister brand companies (i.e. Carat, Isobar, Vizeum and D2D) Key accountabilities PRODUCT, 40% – Create and own the Intelligent Content solution narrative to create the leading proposition in the region Be the leader and owner of the Intelligent Content solution in APAC. Build on existing pitch and sales narratives for markets to use in their go-to-market Intelligent Content strategies. Meet with key media partners and technology suppliers managing regional partnership agreements to give iProspect a competitive edge in the world of content marketing (Unruly, Google, Facebook, Outbrain, YouTube, TubeMogul etc.) Establish relationships with new companies and technologies in the areas of Audience Analytics, User Experience, Personalization Strategy, Content Amplification and Content Attribution to ensure the Intelligent Content solution continues to acquire the best sources of innovation & technology. Implement consistent briefing, costing, pipeline and content production processes across the region to ensure consistency in the solution across all client touch-points. PROFIT, 35% – Effectively prioritize, manage and shape iP APAC business to drive Intelligent Content revenue Assist the APAC CEO, Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Product & Strategy in the development of APAC and Regional P&Ls specific to the Intelligent Content product. Own the Intelligent Content product sales pipeline from end to end. Identifying opportunities from existing clients Managing sales calls with client leaders to cross sell to clients Creating and pitching alongside client and market leadership Owning revenue reporting, forecasting and modelling related to the Intelligent Content product area: Monthly, Quarterly Revenue & Sales Reviews Strategic input into and assistance to CEO, CCO, MDs with future business modelling o Margin growth o Client profitability o Cost control o Expanding revenue streams Consistently act with leadership qualities: have a vision, ambition, integrity, be accountable, decisive, assertive, motivating, reliable, trustworthy, have high standards. PEOPLE, 15% – Ensure the operational effectiveness of iP APAC and a smooth integration of businesses acquired by iP Maintain senior relationships with key iP and DAN leaders, balancing their business needs with those of iProspect – align skillsets, team structures and expertise Maintain senior relationships with key client stake-holders, ensuring iProspect is meeting and exceeding their expectations of the relationship. Also ensure high performance and visibility of the Intelligent Content solution in the senior client team’s outlook. Manage any integration of agency acquisitions related to Intelligent Content ensuring smooth onboarding with regards to key operational and business processes (financial, pipeline, account management) Implement a regional training program in the areas of Audience Analytics, User Experience, Personalization Strategy, Content Amplification and Content Attribution across APAC (using webinars & skype virtual meetings). Create a community of Intelligent Content experts within the 1000+ iProspect employees in APAC. Host monthly knowledge sharing sessions and help Intelligent Content leads in each market grow their teams & proposition. Assist local market leaders create a talent pipeline to ensure iProspect continues to have the leading specialists in the areas of Audience Analytics, User Experience, Personalization Strategy, Content Amplification and Content Attribution. PROFILE, 10% – A vital contributor towards the iProspect vision of becoming a thought leader in the digital performance arena Actively promote the iProspect brand among the APAC digital marketing industry and broader DAN business as the leaders in APAC customer experience & content marketing. Work with CEO and Regional leadership to align the iP brand with global objectives / initiatives, while maintaining operational effectiveness Work with DAN APAC and iP Regional PR on proactive media opportunities to promote the iP brand in the space of content marketing and user experience. Attend and contribute to DAN and market events focused on content strategy and customer experience design. - Relevant degree or qualifications.
- Preference for certification in Google Analytics 360 including Google Optimize and Audience Centre.
- Preference for working knowledge of Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics and other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.
- Preference for experience building social communities for clients.
- Programmatic experience especially in the area of dynamic creative.
- Multi-region campaign experience, preference for APAC.
- Commercial acumen and extensive knowledge of the world of audience strategy, content strategy, production and amplification.
- Gravitas and established profile in the industry.
- Min. of 8 years of experience in the content or creative space incl. managing blue chip accounts content marketing.
- A track record of building respected and long-standing relationships with senior stake holders.
- A strategic mind that looks at customer experience in the context of broader communications.
