Accounts Cum Admin Assistant Jobs Vacancy in Sustainable Green Solutions Pte Ltd Bukit Batok Jobs Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Provides secretarial and administrative support to the team/director to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate business meetings, functions and events
  • Maintaining efficient filing system
  • Procurement and maintenance of office supplies
  • Handle travel arrangements: Liaise with travel agent on flight/accommodation/transfer booking, visa application and travel itinerary.
  • Daily identify of customer/Supplier invoices, debit note, credit note etc.
  • Credit control,eg reconciliation of vendor’s statements/aging/bank, L/C checking
  • Prepare payment within prescribed credit terms for supplier invoices.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of vendor’s statements/aging/bank.
  • Prepare forecast cash flow report and actual/budget report.
  • Validate and process local/overseas expense claims
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

  • Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Admin, Accountancy or related discipline with at least 2 – 3 years related working experience
  • Knowledge and experience on import and export documents / letter of credit is compulsory
  • Good communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Positive personality with a can-do attitude
  • Fast learner and willing to grow with the company
  • Possess positive attitude and being customer oriented
  • Competent in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • A self-motivated team player who is able to interact with people at all levels
