Office Admin Cbd Jobs Vacancy in Gmp Banking Jobs Details:

Answer phone calls and perform receptionist duties
Handle incoming/outgoing mails, courier, scanning, binding, filing and other documentation requests by the team
Office facilities management
Travel arrangements for team
Prepare individual expense claims
Provide finance and accounting support e.g. issue invoice, process payments, bookkeeping ,
Diploma in Business Administration/Finance
Candidate with no prior experience is welcomed to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel / Word / Powerpoint)
Meticulous, responsible, independent, positive attitude and willing to learn ,
Walking distance to Telok Ayer MRT
