PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
Reporting to the Service Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible in providing administrative and sales support to service staff; attend to phone calls, filing of documents, data entry, purchasing and credit control; co-ordinate and plan attendance to customer service requests.
Manage help desk and attend to phone calls
Filing of documents, data entry
Co-ordinate and plan attendance to customer service requests
Register and monitor incoming orders
Monitor and update maintenance contracts and plan master PM schedules
Purchasing and credit control
Assist to invoice customers for services delivered
Prepare regular sales updates/reports for the Service Manager and the Team Leaders
Assist to generate quotations, delivery orders, PM checklists, stock transfer In/Out forms, etc.
Assist to prepare RMAs
Manage Service mini store, T-loan equipment, tools and PPE issued to the Service Engineers
Assist on yearly ISO audit
Diploma in Business Studies, Accounting, Economics, etc. or NTC2 with 2 to 3 years relevant experience
Good knowledge on MS Words, Excel and Outlook
A good team player, independent and able to work under pressure
Positive attitude, coupled with the ability to take initiatives
