Clinical Sales Manager Lead Jobs Vacancy in Cardiatrics Singapore Jobs Details:
We are looking for a qualified candidate who has the relevant sales experience to join our Business Development Team as Clinical Sales Manager. He or she can develop a solid and trusting relationship with key accounts targeting physicians and clinic staff to ensure the realisation of sales targets.
Research and identify sales opportunity, generating leads and target identification.
Reach out to potential leads to make presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product and service.
Provide on-boarding, related in-service education and integration the new clients to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure the provision of proper after sales support and services to the clients. Provide training to the staff on the operation, features and benefits of product and service.
Work with the clients to introduce, promote and increase the usage of products and service through a client facility.
Provide support to meet the needs and facilitate to achieve sales targets as well as strategic planning to improve results.
Collect and analyse feedback as well as develop a complete understanding of needs and resolve complaints and issues.
Develop in-clinic marketing and collaborative ideas to enhance user adoption.
Conduct regular visits and provide updates and information to develop a solid and trusting relationship with the clients.
Represent at medical conferences, trade shows and health educational meetings.
Conduct regular seminars for CME, Certification and Training.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or relevant field.
Four to five years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience.
Sales experience in pharmaceutical and medical device are preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - a listener, a presenter,
and a people-person.
Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client request
Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organised team player
Self-motivated and self-directed
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
