Child Care Administrative Coordinator Jobs Vacancy in Central Christian Church Jobs Details:

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Full Time Postion
  • 5-day week
  • Church-based child care centre
  • Position open to Singaporeans or SPRs only

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support and report directly to the Centre Manager / Principal
  • Plan and implement changes in administrative procedures
  • Maintain and keep updated proper records as required by the government
  • Oversee fee collection and maintain proper record for accounting and audit purposes
  • Check Subsidy reports and relevant documents to ensure accuracy of claims
  • Liaise with ECDA on subsidy and subsidy audit matters
  • Ensure timely reporting to ECDA for subsidy audit
  • Liaise with external suppliers, service providers and manage resources including stationery, uniforms and teaching materials
  • General administrative duties within the centre

Experience, Qualifications and Training Requirements :

  • Diploma in any field
  • Has at least 2 years of administrative working experience
  • Preferably with some accounting background
  • Preschool education background is preferred

Knowledge and Skills Required :

  • Good people skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written) and Chinese (oral)
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work well with families and staff
  • Good team-player
