As Hub Asia Supply Chain Manager, you will be involved in leading the team to execute SCM strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products.Joining our team in Singapore, Your key areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Establish factory budget, KPI’s and related resources. • Drive the factory performance against targets for all KPI’s and own factory performance tracking process. • Roll-out tools and initiatives, especially on category strategy, sourcing agreement and supplier quality, cross-functionally at the hub and factory level. • Ensure the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards are met, in particular for Contracted Construction Services. • Own non-Category covered spend at the Hub level. • Ensure factories achieve competitive material tender costing • Secure performance of procure to pay process, by maintaining and improving the interface between factories and other functional teams.Key requirements include: • University degree with focus on logistics, Supply Chain Management or general business management. • At least 8 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management and 2 years of experience holding managerial responsibilities. • Experience in electrical or power-related industries. • Hands on experience in SAP and Microsoft office. • Experience and knowledge in Transformer business are preferred.
