As a Hub Service Manager, you will be responsible to lead and implement Service strategy and drive Service growth at the Hub level to achieve performance targets to optimize the utilization of service resources. Reporting to Hub Business Unit(BU) Manager, key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: • Drive Industrial Automation Oil and Gas (IAOG) Service strategy and ensure corresponding plans are implemented consistency in the Hub along with other locations. • Responsible for delivering agreed targets as part of the Hub Profit and Loss (P&L) • Implement agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction. • Execute and deliver service strategy within the Hub remit and align Hub with Business Unit defined accounts. • Invest in improving the quality of existing Service products and in developing in new Service products to expand the portfolio in line with Global direction. • Utilize common frameworks and participates in Service development projects and initiatives lead by Global.Key requirements include : • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with 10-year in service management. • Good sales, operational skills and knowledge in Oil and Gas industry. You should have strong interaction with high-level management demanding customers and passion to win. Strong collaboration and trust capabilities to develop relationships within and across Hub, and ability to lead change and adapt accordingly.
