Admin Coordinator Operations Intelligence Jobs Vacancy in Dksh Singapore Jobs Details:

Responsibilities:
Generate & analyze data on a regular basis in order to provide operational insights for internal and client use, in Excel and/or PowerPoint format.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports or as and when required, and ensure timely delivery.

Organize, maintain and updates system master, activity and promotion files and records.

To be the central operational and coordination support hub to the team managers, team leaders and other team members – meeting agenda, notifications, meeting minutes, schedule events, conferences, travel, knowledge bank/library, etc.

Assist in planning and scheduling ad hoc projects and ensuring completion in a timely manner.

Channel feedback to team managers on any data related issues.

Responsible for general administrative tasks.

Ensure effective budget / expenditure management.

Job Requirements:
Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Experience in managing and maintaining large volumes of data is an added advantage.

Excellent communications, problem solving and analytical skills.

Good social skills, energetic, multi-tasking and positive thinking.

Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Loves working in a challenging environment / industry.

To turn large volumes of info into meaningful data for internal and client use
