Customer Service Assistant Jobs Vacancy in Wsh Experts Pte Ltd Jobs Details:
To direct passengers towards the Automated Check-In Kiosks within the self-service zon
Assist and guide passengers on the use of Automated Check-In Kiosks with regards to check in, boardingpass and baggage tag printing.
Manage queue at FAST kiosks
Direct passengers who cannot complete the FAST process on Kiosks to FAST Assistance queue.
Organise and direct passengers to queue check in, handle baggage
To organise check-in stanchions.
To push wheelchair passenger from point to point within Changi Airport premises
Handle baggage, odd baggage and collection of baggage tubs from odd channel Job Requirements
Minimum GCE âNâ level [or equivalent] with a credit in English;
Presentable and well-groomed;
Positive attitude, with excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills
Possess basic computer skills
