The Job

Take shipment booking from customers

Handle customers' complaint and enquiry

Coordinate with operations to arrange for shipment pick up

Communicate customers' requirements to operations for any special handling

Disseminate required due dates of shipments upon booking from customer to operation / sales team

Send shipment pre-alert

Follow up for orders from customers and update shipment status to customer

Monitor incoming shipments and investigate with origins on any current / potential delay

Coordinate with operation team on the release of documents to agents / customers if the shipment is to port

Organize independent / 3 rd party surveys for damaged shipments on behalf of customers

Attend customer meeting as required of the business

The Talent

Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics

Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in related field (in liner / 3rd party warehousing / Freight Forwarding / direct shipper)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player, ability to prioritize and multitask with minimum supervision.

Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
