Operations Executive Jobs Vacancy in Swarovski Queenstown Jobs Details:

To manage and monitor all operational and logistical matters of the Atelier Swarovski brand from a regional Asian perspective, both for CGB and IRs and any future sales channels. Help support the IR and CGB processes behind the development, growth, profitability and commercialization of the Atelier Swarovski collections in APAC. Provide sales analysis and recommendations to positively impact our sales and profit development.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Operations and Logistics

  • Create and update APAC price list, line sheets and stockist info every season
  • Create new customer accounts or maintain current customer accounts, and key in new orders / repeat orders in SAP
  • Maintain, upkeep and keep count of all merchandising / display units and props
  • Evaluate and implement operational and logistical solutions to maximise team efficiency at minimal costs
  • Launch production of ordered pieces in collaboration with the Production team and alongside Head of Business Development.
  • Monitor deliveries of products from manufacturers with input from Production team

Business Intelligence

  • Prepare sales reports and strategic data for management meetings and on-going analysis
  • Support with market research when needed eg. trade shows, new collection development, supporting training information for APAC market
  • Support Business Development team with research on additional potential sales opportunity/distribution
  • Conduct pricing and style market research
  • Support the Head of Business Development in budgeting process
  • Create and update APAC sales order list every season
  • Post selling season: consolidation of orders, tracking of sales versus planned budget
  • Help monitor KPIs and other Selling tools relating to Atelier Swarovski products in CGB in APAC
  • Compile slides for monthly management meetings and management updates

Sales Support

  • Oversee all stock movement with Swarovski CGB VGs and APAC independent retailers to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner, with compliant products and regularly update business development team on fulfilment
  • Coordinate set-up at tradeshows and selling events
    • Prepare packing list, pack & arrange delivery & collection of samples, merchandising / display units and props for all events that require Atelier Swarovski display
    • Manage sales samples for all events
    • Keep track of items for gifting and for giveaways at promotional activities
  • Perform stock-taking duties for independent retailers on consignment basis
  • Coordinate with London office on training materials for all Atelier Swarovski collections and to provide the information to Business Development team and relevant CGB markets
  • Organise translations for all training materials for APAC markets
  • Research on additional relevant information for APAC market to be included into training material
  • Keep track of sales samples quantity and liaise with repair centre for repairs if sales samples are damaged
  • Provide feedback to production team on quality concerns of samples/stocks received
  • Attend to customer’s queries via the Atelier Swarovski hotline and email

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • University degree
  • 3 to 5 years in a Supply Chain / Retail Sales Support related role within an MNC
    environment (preferably fashion/jewelry)
  • Strong commercial and operations
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills (strong Excel knowledge)
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin due to region is APAC.
