Executive Assistant Maternity Cover Jobs Vacancy in Pavilion Energy Management Pte Ltd Jobs Details:

Roles & Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will provide support to the Group CEO in delivering the Company’s overall strategic objectives, by ensuring that the administrative aspects of his work are well-executed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • To provide day-to-day administrative tasks including calls and diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, visa applications, correspondences

  • To assist in producing various documents, speeches, reports and presentations and to conduct research/analysis where necessary

  • Organize meetings with Board of Directors, Senior Leaders & Senior Management members

  • Provide additional administration support to Board of Directors as and when needed

  • Organize and attend Senior Leaders & Senior Management members meetings and take concise minutes of meetings for proper dissemination/saving in the respective shared folders

  • Process and manage Group CEO’s business and personal claims

  • Provide support in handling personal matters (eg. vehicles, insurance, banking, housing, children’s education, travel, foreign domestic worker, personal taxes etc.)

  • To assist with office move May/June 2019 (including packing)

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Group CEO

Requirements

  • Good Bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution

  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience working with C-suite executives

  • Prior experience working with expats will be advantageous

  • Independent and able to handle personal matters with high level of discretion

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
