The Retail Operations Executive is a key interface between the Stores and the Head Office teams to ensure that all two way communications are delivered in a timely, relevant and concise way. This role is critical to support the 5 stores in Singapore. In addition the role is a key support to the Market Director – Singapore, which this role reports to.
Support Retail Business Partner with CRM to compile all Customer Portfolio for events and manage event RSVP with Retail Managers and Marketing team to minimize dropout rate Drive and support end to end event launches Support finance manager to compile sales reports, check discount and return reports in an accurate and effective manner
Retail Business Coordination & Reporting Monthly Expenses and Payment voucher checks from Stores Update and circulate weekly Sales Meeting Minutes Monitoring of Store Rosters; Days/Hours Off-In-Lieu Overall responsible for all uniform related matters e.g. replenishment requirements, budget maintenance Support CRM/Marketing team on ad hoc matters Preparing store sundry/stationeries supplies orders & monitors overall expenditure Coordination of Singapore Newsletter Supporting role in activating and planning for Engagement Calendar
Events Coordination and Projects Support Coordination of all global, regional and local retail events, including support for selling and in store activities Book, coordinate and manage detailed travel schedules and itineraries as required for Market Director or VIP Drive and organize company events such as Company Annual Dinner, Graduation parties etc. Support for retail projects
Support for Market Director – Singapore
Coordinate travel arrangements for overseas travel
Prepare Travel and Expenditure reports for approval
Coordinate and compile team calendars
At least 3 years of experience in sales administrative work, preferably in a Fine Jewelry company. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Good command of English both verbal and written
Strong communication skills
Organized, self-driven, proactive, responsible, fast learner, team player, dedicated and enthusiastic
Someone who is passionate about making a difference in the retail organization
